"Rooms: very clean Beds: soft Bathroom: lovely mirrors equipped with hair dryer, lotion and body wash Hotel: very clean, Lobby: very clean inside Outer perimeter::clean, they actually scrub the parking lot Staff helpful and polite Breakfast nice cold cereal hot cereal (oatmeal) 2 type of eggs 1 meat pancakes bagel english muffins 3 types of mini muffins white beard yogurt ( with toppings) juice water ( only durning breakfast) Coffee with creamer (hazel nut vanilla) and tea 24 hours Hot tub excellent Pool always under maintenance during my stay."

"clean and mostly good customer service depending who was there. However I did not receive my two waters when I checked in, and the attendant WATCHED me pay $13 for two waters lol I saw another guest receive theirs and then asked if I could also have a set for my room. They gave it to me without issue but I could’ve saved a couple dollars. Also the little convenience area was basically empty. Nothing in the coolers and shelves were slim. Not an issue if you drove because there’s a gas station 3 min away, but if you’re walking there’s no real sidewalk and it’s not worth paying for an Uber. No amenities in the restroom (toiletry set etc) That being said it did what it needed to do for the kids to swim for a couple hours and a movie night!"

"This is a pretty good hotel that is close to several Metra locations (Mokena, Calumet, and others) for taking trips into the city. It is a bit far from things in the West, Northwest, and Norther suburbs. The rooms are reasonably clean and maintained. I'm not sure why, There is a collection of exercise equipment in the room. The room contains a coffee maker and a small fridge. There is filtered water and ice in the hallway. Overall, this was my third or forth time at the hotel. As a base for doing things all over Chicago metro, it is perfect."
