"We stayed for one night only but brought our dog and were very happy with the customer service, the amenities and especially with how well the staff treated our pooch! Would highly recommend this - with or without dog - and the location was excellent. A park nearby and the city centre within walking distance, just outside the hustle and bustle."

"From check in to check out the staff were helpful and friendly.
We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and were upgraded and welcomed to our room with rose petals and champagne!
Breakfast choice was great, we picked off the to order menu.
Easy walk into Cambridge.
Definitely will stay again."
"Overall a lovely spot to stay, travelling on business. Gym is super small and they could do more with the space they have by stripping out some of the bulky treadmills etc and just putting in some weights / kbs / mats. Also my single bed wasn’t amazingly comfy. But would I stay again. Yes, 100%. Staff are great (reception were super helpful as I’d actually booked the wrong night!), breakfast was lovely and the setting / story is gorgeous. Pub next door was decent for dinner. Recommend."
"The best thing going for this hotel is the location beside the train station making it easy if you arrive by train as we did (and had a hire car to pick up the next day from Hertz behind the station - a 15 min walk).
You can walk to the city centre in about 20 - 30 min or catch one of the frequent busses.
The staff appear to be mainly students and we had a bit of a wait checking in as one staff member appeared to be in training (but this was not signalled to us in any way). The room was very small (which we knew), in average condition, and the bathroom was most odd - very clinical, minimalist, with a hospital bathroom vibe.
For the price paid, the room and service received was expensive.
Not highly recommended."
