I have to manually remove the room card each time to turn turn on the sockets and television. I believe this can be easily rectified by connecting especially the tv socket to the inverter. "I left the hotel earlier and they never refunded my money. They claimed it's up to Orbitz and Orbitz claimed it's up to Citilodge Abuja. Either they are dishinest or Orbitz is dishonest. Either way, same difference; I booked through Orbitz and paid to Orbitz. They both have records that I checked out three nights earlier. After over 20 years as a loyal customer, I'm done with Orbitz. "

"The living area was very dusty and mosquito infested. With the amount of money paid, they didn’t offer breakfast buffet. Their food was horrible too!!"

"The overall stay was good , friendly environment. I paid for two guests but only one was allowed to eat breakfast. They should put this when your booking that you pay for two people but only one can eat.The shower is small. After being told we could swim we were kicked out of the pool then had to pay cash to the man overseeing the pool and gym area in order to swim."

"The hotel is cool just that the music in the corridor is super loud and annoying. I did not enjoy my stay because of that music !!!!"
