"HOTELS.COM did not call this hotel Fast Hotel when we booked and did not mention that it was a 1 star hotel. If you are used to this type of hotel, then ok, but if not... you'll get another room at another hotel like we did. Zero service as we wanted to see the room but the person at the reception refused as it was late and he had to leave."
