"The front staff were rude. Hallway carpets were dirty and stained. Hot tub didn't work. Pool was dirty and cloudy. Mattress was uncomfortable. Would not recommend."

"Stains on bedspreads. Only one full size towel for a double queen room and if had stains/dirt on it. Every single towel had stains/dirt and two small towels were torn and so thin they were useless. Toilet seat did not match toilet so unstable seating. Brown stains in shower walls, ceiling and in areas of the bathroom walls."

"This place is so awesome! A genuine Great Falls experience, indeed. The location is great, super easy to find with lots of on and off street parking available. The retro vibe is super authentic without feeling rundown or old and our room was notably quiet at night, despite a window facing a relatively bustling part of downtown. Every single staff member we encountered was super friendly and went above and beyond in every way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Plus, you get an awesome complimentary breakfast at the diner next to the lobby. Overall, magnificent! Pro Tip: Call the front desk for a more efficient and personal reservation process."

"When I arrived, there was a group of really rough looking individuals out in the parking lot. The front door of the entrance was broken. The glass was broken in one of the windows. It was not somewhere. I felt safe spending the night so I left the property. I would really appreciate a refund for my stay. This is really rough part of town and poorly maintained with beer, cans, and trash throughout the parking lot."

"Dirty room floor. No coffee for breakfast on most days at 8 am. Breakfast bars for breakfast. Staff is invisible unless you shout for them. Stayed for more than a week and no linen change or any kind of room cleaning. Like a cargo trailer with a semi comfortable bed."

"They have switched to contactless check, which is nice. They also don’t service the room during the week unless you act. This was fine for me, but something to keep in mind for a long stay."
