"They are renovating. There was dust everywhere. My wife’s allergies were awful. There was hammering from 9-6 daily. It will be nice when done but has a long way to go. Parking was easy."

"The Kress was an amazing surprise for my wife and I during a quick overnighter to meet up with some old childhood friends. I grew up in this area and the downtown district had been forgotten. It was great to see this place back to life. The Kress has done an excellent job restoring this old department store. The rooms are incredible with large common space and bedrooms. I wished we had booked an extra night. "
