"Excellent Hotel Period the staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a bar and grill In the hotel which serves typical barfair such as buffalo burgers and buffalo cheese steaks. The rooms are large and well maintained. Housekeeping is every third day. A change in our travel plans caused us to need to stay for an extra day. They were very helpful and made the arrangements right away. Gardener is not a large town, and the Antler Lodge is close to just about everything. It is very near the only well-stocked grocery store in town. Lodging during the tourist season is never cheap in Gardiner, Montana. However, this hotel is average for the area."

"After an exhausting day of travel with 3 delayed flights we arrived at The Lodge at 11:30 pm instead of noon as planned. A very pleasant young lady greeted us at the desk and offered to open the snack shop for a much needed adult beverage. Since we arrived so late we asked for a late checkout and the manager did not hesitate to accommodate us. Lovely large room,beautiful property. Will definitely go back!"
