"What a nice surprise! The view on The Lookout was incredible! we had an amazingly huge 🌈 rainbow!! ALL the staff were amazing!! The room was super cool!!😎 It felt like a disney hotel room! The basket of snacks were delicious! The glass elevator was super cool!! If I ever stay in Memphis again this will be on top of my list!!! I will be telling everyone about this exciting place!!!"

"Checking in was super easy, they were able to move my reservation to the same floor that my dad was on so my son and I would not be on our own. I know that is not always possible, especially with our reservations being made last minute, but they made it happen! The front desk ladies were super nice and very helpful!"

"My stay wasn’t the best at Best Western Plus and honestly the pictures were a little misleading. The room looked way nicer online than it did in person. It wasn’t terrible, but definitely not what I expected based on the photos. Also, the pillows were super small literally about the size of my hand — and not comfortable at all. Overall, the stay was just okay, but I expected much better offadvertising"

"My family recently stayed at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience. At first the hotel seemed nice, but things quickly went downhill. After being out all day, we returned to ants all over the table in our room and even found slugs on the walls. I was also bitten by something during my stay and have pictures to prove it. I reported the issues to staff and asked if there was anything they could do, including bug spray or another solution, but nothing was done to help. I requested a refund and was told the hotel couldn’t do anything and that I had to contact Expedia because it “wasn’t their decision.” After contacting Expedia, I found out they actually spoke with the hotel manager directly, and he declined the refund request himself. Another night we returned to heavy police and military presence outside in unmarked vehicles, which made my family and me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. They advertise set breakfast hours, but they clearly do not honor them. I came down 35 minutes before breakfast was supposed to end and most of the food was already gone while employees sat around talking. No one wanted to restock anything or help guests. Overall, the cleanliness, customer service, and overall atmosphere were terrible. I would not recommend staying here."

"I would not recommend this hotel the staff was Ky friendly at all very nonchalant and uncaring. Hotel smelled musty and furniture was old and dated. The bed linens were dirty and when I asked for more the staff wasn’t concerned as to why just stated I would need to come and pick them up. The bed had dried bloody mucus in 2 spots on the bed long hairs were on the second bantams sheets along with dirt. The shower also had someone long hair in it."

"Pool was closed even though it was a week after the posted opening date and over 80 outside. The breakfast was out of butter, bagels and had molded bread. Attendant was annoyed and rude when asked about items. The room was cleanish but old, stained carpet, broken mirror, unwiped services. There is tape over main entry doors. I assume the property is pet friendly, as it smells that way and several "piles" in/near the parking lot. Reminder to never let your office book your travel"
