"My room was not made up when I checked in. With no front desk immediately available, it took me a while to reach someone via the app, and was also put on hold in the process. Not really what you want when you check into a hotel. Once I finally got hold of a staff member in the property, they were actually very accommodating and gave me an upgrade. All in all, not bad, but I wouldn't stay again given the relative high price and the possibility of having another 'online' disappointment. The public area was beautiful and well-appointed, but I could not help but get the feeling that the owners invested in that instead of their staff. The facility is great, but we find the room a little smaller for 2 people. Breakfast is good with a few choices to choose from and staff are very accommodating. I would highly recommend this place.
