"In my room, neither the bathroom light nor the extractor fan was working; I was left in the dark for two days. The room was dirty, and on Sunday, no one ever came to service it or change the towels—yet they did show up today, Monday, at 8:00 AM, knocking on the door under the pretext of checking to see if I had already left. Breakfast was a complete disaster. I believe this hotel is vastly overrated given the high price one pays; without a doubt, I will never return to that dump."
