"The hotel was clean, room was clean, and the exterior was good. Unfortunately, the shampoo and conditioner were empty. I didnโt find this out until I took a shower early in the morning. I didnโt notify anyone since I was leaving but Iโm sure they would have fixed the issue if notified."
