Reasonable price and easy access to transport and Bukit Bintang area. Our initial room had a leak in bathroom and staff quickly offered us another room. Towels were a bit musty but had basic amenities, including slippers. One of the lifts (left hand side) was hotter than the other. Overall, it was good value and staff were polite and pleasant, and catered to what we needed for our stay.

"Hotel and room was great at the price point, just unfortunate didn't manage to get any early check-in on the day of arrival. In fact, only got keys to room 15 mins after the standard check-in time. Apart from that, enjoyed the balcony in the room and the large bathtub too. Buffet Breakfast was great ..."
