"The building is in disrepair the steps leading to the upper level were taped off with caution tape because they were broken. On the first night of our stay the room beside ours had an issue with the lock so the staff tried to break the door in by beating and banging for quite a while. There was no iron hair dryer or coat hangers in the room. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable probably the most uncomfortable bed I have ever experienced. There were three of us in the room but only had two towels and when my mother in law went to request more towels they would not give her any until she brought the ones that were already there back. I’ve never stayed at a place less concerned about customer satisfaction. The only positives I can report was the amazing water pressure and the cold AC."
"Everything about my stay was absolutely terrible. Upon checking in and getting into my room, I discovered the inside of my room was more humid than it was outside. The thermostat showed that it was 70% humidity, but it was certainly much more being as I’m a general contractor. The room was also very filthy. The floor was dirty and sticky and when I got in the shower from walking on the floor for one minute, a lot of dirt came off my feet. As I was in the shower, I noticed that there was hair all over the shower pan, and some of it was pubic hair. The bed was also very uncomfortable. Given all of these factors I was unable to sleep well at all and one night I only got four hours of sleep. After my first nights stay, I still politely walk down to the front desk in the morning on my way to work and asked if the humidity in the room was normal, to which I got a response that was “I don’t know. I’m not a maintenance guy.“ I bit my tongue and then asked if someone could please clean the room as it was very dirty, to which I was told they only do room cleaning every three days. I told them it didn’t look like it had been cleaned in weeks. No one came to clean it so I went and bought cleaning products myself to make the room cleaner for my last night’s stay. The only pleasurable part of my stay was the front desk attendant who checked me in, she wore glasses and was extremely friendly. Everything else made it easily the worst hotel visit of my entire life."
