"We had a very good stay overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and professional throughout our visit. We did experience an issue with the air conditioning, which took a few hours to fully resolve. However, the hotel handled the situation professionally, stayed responsive, and went above and beyond by providing us with a complimentary $100 breakfast credit for the inconvenience. We appreciated the effort to make things right and enjoyed the rest of our stay. The excellent customer service left a positive impression, and we would stay here again."
