"Breakfast was delicious. Staff was courteous and helpful. Hot tub was very relaxing and manager was quick to assist when it was not working properly. There was a mechanical issue which caused the AC to not work at all during my stay. The hotel provided fans and gave the option for a full refund. My room was on the 4th floor but it remained at a comfortable temperature for me. The warmest it got was 76 though it didn’t feel that warm. Overall, a nice stay and I would stay here again. "

"For what we paid, it was acceptable but I won’t stay again. The room I selected wasn’t available because housekeeping didn’t show, which was a slight problem but not huge. The room smelled absolutely awful. The carpet needs desperately cleaned. There were still hairs on the floor in the bathroom. There’s a pool but no whirlpool as promised. I’ll definitely plan my next stay closer to my daughter’s campus, the drive, the experience and the lack of food choices negate the savings on the hotel. The blonde woman at the desk is a peach, love her. "

"The tub was clogged we were standing in our own bath water while showering, the air was not working in our room. The ice machine was not working. They charged for parking $12 but when asked if we needed a parking pass we were never told they charge to park ! Like there was no place else to park. I will never stay in another double tree hotel. "
