"Great place! My son loved the theming! I loved that I didn’t even have to check in. They sent a text with a door code and that was that, they were very quick to respond to texts and even helped me with some other questions I had about the area. If your staying and have time I highly recommended dinner at the big Texan steakhouse! It was great! I would also recommend driving out to Palo Duro canyon. It’s about a 25 minute drive and really cool Also…while this has nothing to do with the hotel itself, it’s worth keeping in mind , the hotel is right next to the steakhouse, which is open later and people drink too much . We had to text the hotel and let them know there was some drunk women crying and yelling well beyond 1 am, the hotel was fast to send someone out to deal with it so that was good. "

"Scam. Booked 3 nights, Hotels app showed a total price of $195 after tax and stuff, then the property tried to charge me $277. When I asked Crystal at the front desk how that happened, she told me that’s how much 3 nights @ $53/night costs. After some back and forth, I was granted a full refund and was told to leave immediately. I have no intentions of going back, wouldn’t recommend it."

"I was there supposed to spend one night only but I only spend 30 minutes in the room and I left to another hotel. The whole facility was dirty the room was so bad and super dirty, hairs in the sink, flies inside the room, coffee maker with a lot of fingerprints, the door handle from the inside of the room with fingerprints everywhere. Definitely this hotel needs to do a lot improvements or close the hotel completely and get off from business. I run away from this place and I did have to spend extra money to stay in another hotel for that night."

"Check in was delayed because nobody was at the front desk. I went looking for someone who worked there and was able to locate them. The lady was very nice, but was working on several things in addition to checking people in. Otherwise it was a good stay. Very cool renovated retro Hotel with a cool Honky Tonk attached."

"It wasn’t as clean as they said it was going to be, the air conditioner sounded like a rock crusher and the sheets and towels and pillows were well worn and needed to be replaced The ice machine was excellent"
