"Old hotel that's noisy. Thin walls. Doubtful to stay again."

"Breakfast was great. Amenities were great. Close to bars and restaurants. Free parking. Only complaint is the loud crowd outside on the weekend. We were on the first floor and our window was right by the sidewalk where there were some very inebriated individuals yelling for what seemed like good hour at 1:30 am. "

"Didn’t eat breakfast. Guy at the front counter unfriendly and could care less if we were there or not"

"Enjoyed our stay. Nice room. Comfortable bed. Easy walk to casino. "

"Hot tub handles was broken but hot tub worked. I had to call multiple times because the automatic doors would not open. Then a call hotel’s.com representative and they was able get ahold of staff. The automatic doors have to be pulled open and closed by hand. Was not able to check in due to staff said I had to have cash deposit and can’t take debit card or credit card for deposit. Property needs to be fixed and updated; however, the room was very clean and comfortable bed. "

"Our daughter is in ICU at Wesley. We were always in and out due to her condition. Breakfast was usually skimpy as last users. Eggs were dried out most of the time. One of the guests stole my Vietnam Veterans hat after I left it unattended for a few minutes. Other guests that used the pool were extremely noisy in the hallways. "

"Restaurants are not very close the only one in walking distance is Sonic. The lady that checked me in over charged me and I didn't know until I checked my checking account because she said she would email me a receipt which she didn't. When I brought up the overcharge to her she proceeded to tell me she wasn't sure but she thinks the hotel charges a hold for a one night stay plus the charge for my stay. This didn't make any sense because the hotel doesn't state that it holds a deposit or takes a deposit. When I told her that she just kept telling me the same thing. I told her I needed to talk to the manager about this and she told me he would be in in the morning so even though I knew I was over charged I couldn't get it fixed because there was no one there that had any knowledge of what happened or to get the charge reversed."
