"The property is only a couple blocks from the spire/needle and lots of shopping and restaurants. There are a few nagging maintenance issues that need to be addressed, i.e., diverter valves, door handles, window hardware, TV service (no audio for the main platform), etc. More importantly, the property is a half block from a street maintenance lot. Consequently, it is very noisy late night into early morning when these services are in full force. Ergo, leaving windows open leads to constant...

"Separate Check-in location was hardest part, but great stay after that. Good nearby parking option at national college of ireland. We loved the apt--spacious and quiet and good location. Would book again. "

"The check in process is a bit confusing. You went from one door to another (there are three (3) different buildings for the same Leevin Studios. The place is lovely, just could have used a bit of extra. "

"A delight of a hotel. Lovely staff, who are friendly and attentive, which creates a great atmosphere. Beautifully renovated hotel with quirky features that make you smile. Lovely room - snug but with everything you need. David, the manager, does an exceptional job of welcoming guests and is very visible. Taking dinner at the hotel is a must - the dishes created by Cian, the head chef, are outstanding. The haddock fish and chips were the best I’ve ever tasted (and I’m English!) and I would also highly recommend the Beef and Guinness Pithivier (French pie) with it’s light but delicious pastry, melt in the mouth beef and rich and deep bone broth. Even the simple side dish of carrots was delicious. Saiful, our server, was attentive, despite how busy the restaurant was (and probably always is), very cheerful and helpfully recommended dishes to us. We will definitely return to this hotel - the location is also excellent - but it’s all about the feel of the hotel that David, Cian and all the staff enhance with their attitude and genuine enthusiasm for the hotel and for giving customers the best experience they can in all aspects of their stay. I cannot recommend the hotel more highly."
"Excellent location, great friendly staff and a fantastic breakfast selection. Room was a little smaller than expected but we didn’t spend much time in it anyway. Would highly recommend it! "
