New and clean sauna with it's facilities. Amazing view direct to Saana-fell from sauna's terrace. The hostell itself has seen it's best days. And it really needs face-lift. Everything seems like 70's. But the very good breakfast, the hospitality of the personnel, reasonable price and the good sauna with a view compensates the almost dilapidated facilities.

Hyvä valinta päiväretkeilijälle. Hotelli on jo vanha huoneet kaipaisi remonttia. Vastapainoksi hotellissa oli hyvä ja monipuolinen aamupala, hyvä sijainti ja mukava rantasauna Kilpisjärven rannalla. Raikkaaseen veteen oli mukava pulahtaa uimaan saunomisen lomassa.

Majoituttu 3 yötä syyskuussa 2024 päiväpatikoiden majapaikkana. Siistit ja tilavat huoneet, hyvät puitteet ja ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta! Toki ikä hieman näkyy hotellissa, mutta kaikki toimi hyvin! Mukavat sängyt. Rantasauna oli kiva lisä (ja pulahdus virkistävään Kilpisjärveen!) Iso parkkipaikka. Parkkipaikalla sähköauton lataus (22 kW). Ei tosin ollut vielä tarve ladata, joten pärjättiin ilmankin. Runsas, monipuolinen aamupala. Ehdoton suositus hotellin haudutetulle kaurapuurolle! Ravintola muutoinkin ylitti odotukset illallisilla! Ei mikään perus keskivertohotellin ravintola: huolella valmistettua, herkullista ja tasokasta ruokaa ja todella ystävällinen palvelu! Josko ei ihan fine dining, mutta kuitenkin selvästi perusravintolan tasoa parempaa (terveiset keittiöön!) Kaikki syödyt annokset herkullisia, mukava valikoima viinejä ja asiantunteva henkilökunta. Majoituttaisiin ehdottomasti uudestaankin (ja varsinkin syötäisiin ravintolassa!)

Hotellissa kaikki toimi moiteettomasti, rantasaunasta plussaa. Hotellin tilat kaipaavat kuitenkin päivitystä.

Plussia on erinomainen aamupala. Parkkipaikka ei niin siisti ja sisääntuloporttina laudanpätkä?? Majoituspuolella kokolattiamatot suhruiset, huoneeseen tullessa tunkkainen viemärinhaju vastassa.
