The property was nice. I think the communication was really bad. It said I would receive a phone call with my toom number and I never did. We basically guessed which room was purs because there was a key left out. We had trouble calling the numbers listed. The propery itself was nice. We had hot water trouble that was fixed the next day. The foor to the bathroom was extremely hard to open. Messaged we were leacing and didn't get a response. I liked the fact that its gated and there is someone posted all night to let you back in so felt safe but disliked the overall experience.

Getting in contact with Property. The phone numbers provided would not answer. Villa had no drinking water and stove top did not work. Terrace was really dirty, lots of spider webs. No other amenities were offered. There was no parking available. We parked on the side road.

Had issues with the A/C unit and when I notified the property through WhatApp they never responded. Bathroom was dirty as far as the walls go. Coffee maker looked like it had not been clean in while. First cup of coffee mad was horrible.

The room was very clean and nice modern styling. The bad part is the all dirt roads leading to the property. Lack of sufficient parking. No internet access, they kept saying that it would be reset but in the two days that I was there it never worked. There's no iron or blow dryer so don't forget to bring your own. I was there for a concert being held down the road and while returning to the room people residing there in the same community has blocked the front main entrance with vehicles and I had to wait outside in my car untill past 1 a.m. to gain access to the property

The reviews on this property on Google, Expedia and other platforms are very mixed & had us doubting our booking. But with all honesty we fell in love with the room, patio, and rooftop. We had access to a keurig in our room with plenty of kcups & more than enough water bottles for our stay. I did read in previous reviews the tv didn’t work. Ours was never able to connect to the wifi, but we also didn’t mind. Our neighbors mentioned their tv had full access and connected to the wifi with no problem so could have just been a minor issue with our room specifically. We enjoy the contactless check in. And if anything is needed the hosts were quick to respond. We had no issue transferring the funds to their account. The place itself was in our opinion in the best location of Valle. And it’s also easy access to the main road towards Ensenada. Casa Frida & King & Queen Cantina are so close. King & queen is walking distance. The bed was comfy and so were the pillows. It was clean. Rooftop and patio sets could use more maintenance and be more detailed but also they’re outside and it’s not a hotel with employees on site so its not going to be as detailed as a hotel would. We had no issue with the shower. Warm water instantly and good water pressure. We enjoyed our stay and location and we would go back and def go even in a group to this stay. Some reviews stated they didn’t include towel service. Our room did. The only thing to pack for your stay is an iron & blow dryer.

Es un Airbnb, no es hotel, no hay recepción ni personal que esté en el lugar las 24hrs, tienen muchos problemas con el agua caliente, no sale agua en los baños, si te bañas en un baño y abren la llave del otro te deja de salir el agua. Un tremendo caos. No lo recomiendo jamás. El personal que trabaja en el lugar nos atendió hasta donde pudo. Es un lugar caro para que ofrecen, no vayan

Todo muy bien, el lugar muy tranquilo y agradable. La ubicación es buena, ya que está muy cercano a varios lugares de interés. Lo único que si deberían dar una mejor indicación para la llegada, ya que pierdes un poco de tiempo descifrando que está dentro de un complejo con más casas y especificar de una manera mas claramente que No es un hotel a los usuarios de aplicaciones hoteleras, no cuenta con recepción ni servicios adicionales. Algo más que añadiría, es no dejarle la responsabilidad al cliente de contactarlos el día de ingreso cuando está claro que no tienes recepción. Fuera de esto, mi estadía fue muy agradable.
