Pues creo que la falta de comunicación con el personal. No tenemos idea si los que atienden el café son los dueños o los empleados. Que no tiene importancia pero no se presentan como deberían. Es como si no se les pagaran por eso jejeje. Pero si es así pues que mal. Él sabor de la comida es buena y del menú buenas opciones. Es la tercer vez que voy y me gusta. Aunque ya todo está por los cielos 💸. El problema del agua revisé que es pues en la ciudad y me servirá para futuras reservas de revisar situaciones similares. El servicio de Expedia muy bueno.

El lugar es un sueño, nosotras somos de baja sur y hay hoteles extraordinarios pero este lugar es una sueño, es increíblemente hermoso, limpio, y la instalación 10/10.. el servicio que nos dieron fue super lindo, nos platicaron la historia del lugar y super linda con nosotras

Muy bonito todo el lugar desde el exterior con la cafetería por un lado y la casa muy linda, estaba muy limpia, la capa super grande y si da una experiencia de una casa vintage muy bonita solo como comentario el piso es de madera y la verdad se escucha todo por la noche, escuchas si hay otros huéspedes pero si tienen sueño pesado no es tema. El olor si me dio mucho a humedad pero comprendo que es una casa antigua al igual que la refrigeración si batallamos en qué enfriara por la noche no pude consiliar el sueño me pico un bicho. El desayuno que incluyen está súper completo. Servicio del personal de la cafetería muy amables y siempre que tuvimos dudas nos dieron información o buscaron como apoyarnos la comida también muy rica.

La habitacion que tome lili, decia 50 mts cuadrados. Pero no especifica que la mitad se ca en escaleras, no es apto para personas con movilidad limitada, las habitaciones estan en el segundo piso y la mia en el 3ro. Y eso no lo especifican.

Una sorpresa muy agradable: limpieza, comodidad, ambiente. Definitivamente me quedaría aquí de nuevo. El único problema (menor, en mi caso) es que la música del bar del hotel llegaba bastante fuerte en mi habitación. Pero acababa a las 11pm, así que sólo fue problema el día que necesitaba dormir temprano.

El hotel muy bien todo muy bonito y limpio, pero la noche gratis reservada en Hoteles .com. no me la hicieron válida , dicen que a ellos no les enviaron ese aviso, y los pagos que hice por medio de la aplicación tampoco fueron aceptados, tuve que pagar todo de nuevo, no se de quién será esa culpa , pero en la aplicación no me han resuelto nada, 😭
