Maglen resort was amazing. Friendly and accommodating staff. Every interaction felt warm and inviting. The hotel restaurant served great food. The resort is tucked away in the mountains and provides beautiful views. I enjoyed the wine tasting at the resort, the staff was knowledgable and super helpful. My Spanish is not that great and everyone had patience with me and spoke English if necessary. Beautiful place to stay!

Property was beautiful. Didn’t realize everything was so spread out. But that was okay. Room was clean and comfortable, Wish there was a tv in the room. Breakfast the server never brought our drinks.. not a lot of English speaking, which is understandable because we’re in Mexico just made things a little more challenging. Restaurant Yumano, Told us they ran out of tequila and beer when we had dinner, but our wedding party was inside and said they didn’t because they were being served. Pool needs more loungers and towel area. Overall everyone was really friendly and we’d love to be back.

Had an amazing stay at this resort! Staff is super friendly and helpful. The brewery has good beer and all the restaurants on site have great food, no need to leave the area to look for good breakfast, lunch and dinner. Very cute winery, staff were sweet and accommodating. The only thing that was disappointing was the shower. It was literally a trickle of water coming from the shower head and was extremely loose. They have WiFi but the signal was extremely weak. Heads up there’s no tv but that was totally fine with me since it was great to disconnect for the time we stayed there. The food was SO good too. Excellent service.

Horrible experience from check in to check out. For $250 a night, you would think that you would have running water, be able to use your credit card, and excellent service at the restaurant that charges an arm and a leg. It wax completely the opposite here.

Wine Resort in Guadalupe Valley

We stayed in the airstream trailers. Mine had NO MIRROR. When the front desk was told about this they just seemed to blow it off rather than offer to provide at least a hand held mirror. This resort is in three different physical locations. Distance between the properties is too far to walk. Each property has different amenities. The one where the front desk is has a bar, and a restaurant for breakfast. The area we stayed in had the trailers, rooms, a pool, the winery and a dinner restaurant. The third area had rooms and the spa. So when making you reservation look at each area. The website does not make it clear. Overall not a bad place to stay except for the mirror. And other than this issue, the staff was helpful and friendly.
