"Had a lovely stay at Windsor cottage. Well presented, great amenities and the most comfortable bed in the master bedroom. Slept like a log! Ate out in local restaurants, which were lovely especially Alberto’s Italy. There are a couple of free parking areas in town 5-10 minutes away. During our stay there was a film set in place for Father Brown and a restriction at the end of the road. It didn’t take away from our stay, but was glad of the premier inn parking just a 100m away. "Stayed in this hotel for years. It is looking very, very tired. Carpets, fittings need overhauling. Very noisy with International visitors leaving and arriving at all times. Limited dining and bar options. Paid parking controlled by parking eye No clear attempts to reduce single use plastics. Should consider air conditioning with an upgrade. An ok place to stay but looking worn and customer service is lacking."

"Perfect stay. Only stayed a night, got there a bit late but there’s a leisure park 2 mins walk away with a cinema, arcade, crazy golf and stuff so if you’re too tired to go out can just go there for some entertainment. Hotel itself was very nice and clean and at a very peaceful and quiet location but only about 10-15 mins away from the centre. Aircon was good as it was a very hot day and the room came with a safe which was a nice touch. Complimentary breakfast had plenty of variety and everything was hot and fresh. Will definitely go again."
