So the walls all need to be painted , locks don’t work. Rugs (pieces laid together ) and furniture all full of stains and nasty. Outdoor furniture full of bird poop. Rooftop bar is a joke. Breakfast was not good . No hot water in the shower .
This was one of the worst stays of my life . The photos they have advertised is a lie . The exterior is pretty . That’s it
Great hospitality, staff absolutely fantastic, friendly, helpful and always goes beyond to ensure you have a pleasant stay. All the staff, from security etc. Fantastic. I will highly recommend this place.

Very expensive for the price that we paid: $100/night on average. The food service was terrible - took forever (2-3 hrs) for your food to come out. The room is big but NOT comfy at all. AC was not cold and I don't have hot water in my room. Plus no free airport transport. Definitely Not a Four Star hotel. May 2.5 star.
It was a lovely stay while in Entebbe. The grounds are lush & beautiful. I enjoyed some quiet time poolside. The Buffet breakfast was very good with a nice variety of different foods daily. Staff was wonderful. The rooms are very spacious & clean.

I would recommend. Good size rooms, plenty of food for breakfast and easy to get around. The staff were very helpful. The airport shuttle was very convenient. Appreciated .

It’s a basic standard hotel, it was okay for a night stay.
Stayed one night prior to departure from airport.
Nice rooms.
We were on third floor - no lift.
Pool area ok but quite small and had a kids party going on so it much chance of relaxation outside.
Booked shuttle to airport at 2.45am. Confirmed this with reception before going to bed and then had to wait until 3.15.
Didn’t eat in hotel.

Staff are friendly, attentive and all around superb! The restaurant offers very generous portions at competitive rates! Try the steak. Rooms, bathrooms were squeaky clean - cleanest I’ve seen in 2 months traveling around Africa. I would not hesitate to stay here again if I found myself in Entebbe! What an excellent hotel! Location was also great - close to the airport, with free airport shuttle! Fantastic property!
Hotel staff were very interested in making our stay as pleasant as possible. Beautiful views from rooftop restaurant. Close to everything we wanted to see.
Useful hotel for Entebbe Airport. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Staff could be a little more attentive. Disappointing that the hotel airport shuttle did not arrive ad promised. It is worth calling them to confirm a day before.

They could’ve done better
After not picking us up at the airport in the middle of the night, staff did make it up with friendliness. Stayed at Imperial Botanical Gardens after a trip up country, where the value is actually much better

Comfortable stopover night
The hotel was fit for purpose. Comfortable rooms for a stopover before an early flight out, great roof bar, easy transfer to the airport. Some of the decor looked a little tired but price probably reflected that.

It was a great experience, nice breakfast, delicious and fresh food. I spend an entire week because of a training in Entebbe, staff and management were really nice and helpful.
My experience was great overall--good customer service , food was good especially the breakfast buffet, the sorrouding s were clean and the landscape super; It was all natural, claiming and inviting. Excellent customer service.

Nice hotel near the airport.
It was not a good start from the beginning.
Our plane from Murchison Falls Bugungu arrived early and we waited for about 20mnutes before our complimentary airport pick up arrived.
When we arrived at the reception it took a little whike before we got to our room. Once in the room I mentioned that it doesn't look like a Business Executive Suite so the staff who took us there mentioned it to the reception.
We were informed that our room is occupied and there was no other business executive suite available so we were given another room.
This one does not hot water, the balcony floor is soaked in water. So the housekeeping manager showed us another one.
Finally after 6.30 PM we got settled.
The following day after breakfast around 12in the afternoon whilst we found out that Precision Air changed our flight to 11.30AM instead of 4.45PM that da without notifying us. We frantically phoned their office with the kind assistance ofcthe front desk reception. We were told we can fly back to arusha the following day and they will email the details. We booked another without problems given the same rate and was invited by the kind manager for complimentary lunch with him.
During a nice lunch with the manage around 4.15pm that day we received a phone call from the airlines that there is a kenya airways flight leaving at 5.30PM thatc7day and we can go on that flight.
Immediately we said yes and the kind manager had my lunch pack up for a take away!!!

Excellent room, the business suite has a nice living arrangement, everything is there for comfort. I had a great bathtub, king size bed, etc. The major problem was that I was under the terrasse, restaurant area and that was too noisy. I asked for room change but the receptionist refused to help. She pretended that the hotel was full. Bad idea to treat business guests this way! Everything else was great but the noise will prevent me from returning there.

Very nice hotel, good air con, wi-fi kept cutting out, seems to be a problem all over Uganda, not just this hotel.
Nice big rooms, good breakfast, lunch menu.
Bars nearby.
A very short taxi ride takes you to the lake side, where there are lots of nice bars and restaurants.
Stayed for a week and had a lovely time. Food ordered at the restaurant tended to be a bit different depending on which chef was working but it was always very good.

Horrendous lighting, tacky local soap opera filming all over the hotel till 10pm, deterring pool and pool furniture, and an hour wait for dinner to arrive. What more do you need to know...
Only stayed one night, had early flight. Room was adequate, restaurant was fine. They have a complimentary van to the airport, very convenient. Would stay again.
