"I never saw the room. We booked the hotel and when we arrived it was all shut up. We honked our horn for a while to get someone to open the door. We were then informed that it was already booked. The owner asked for more money to put us up in a neighbors hotel. It was 1 o’clock in the morning so I just paid it and went next-door."

"The physical geography of the property is not the same as on the advertisement.As a result the uber trip end ap being over 40 km and became grossly expensive.The Uber driver got lost and couldn’t find the place. Once we were there they demanded us to pay for using the kitchen table and stove. The staff wanted us to pay extra cash beside the booking fees paid online.
