"First of all it should be pointed out that the flat is in a senior citizens home. Slightly strange but unless you keep very strange hours then it's not a problem. The building is quiet and the parking is covered by CCTV. I|t's close to one of the major roads out of the city so if you have a car it's not a problem. Apartment is lovely and airy (no aircon). "We loved Bordeaux and of course the wine! The Residhome Hotel was excellent and had a secure underground parking garage for our car. The location was great. The tram runs past the hotel and was easy to use. Buffet breakfast was very generous and delicious. Easy walking distance to the old city, Cite du Vin and other attractions and historic sites. We highly recommend the hotel."

"Property has very limited parking, so many cars had to park on the street. Do not expect to park in the hotel lot. There was no air conditioning, which surprised us since we had just stayed at a Teneo Apparthotel that had great A/C. (Yes, I should have checked the website more carefully). The hotel is next to a building with short-term apartment, not very nice to see. But the hotel was clean and breakfast was pretty good. Convenient to airport and tram. "
