Check in was seamless. They even called a day before to confirm our booking. The staff were helpful, cordial and all services were provided as advertised including complimentary breakfast and WiFi. Good value for money overall.

Not too bad

I stayed at this hotel while visiting family in Enugu over the Christmas period and it’s not bad. It’s a smaller hotel and the rooms are an ok size. I love they have a lounge area and sit down area. The room service was good as well. When I booked I was told complimentary breakfast but that was non existent . I can say that customer service was good. As far as improvement when a guest checks in to a new room I don’t expect to see my pillowcase or sheets with holes or stains. Although this was fixed immediately. I actually would probably stay here again when im in Enugu if it doesn’t go downhill

Find something else

Room was dirty. Bathroom shower barely worked and there’s a 1 towel per day limit. So there’s 2 of us in a room and we were only allowed 1 towel!
