They close their doors at 10pm. There is no 24 hour front desk service. It is very out the way. My flight landed at 11pm. Front desk over at 10pm. I had to get another hotel for the night. And then just stayed with friends afterwards. Claimed they would get me a refund but they stopped responding. ...

Such an impressive mall. With the heat that we struggled to adapt to in Medellin, we often found ourselves seeking out the comfort of air conditioned malls.
