Tout a été super, la reception, le petit dejeuner, la chambre, le volet ne fermé pas mais il y a un rideau, et les coussins pas à notre convenance. Mais nous y retournerons, le parking fermé, c'est rassurant, est c'est calme. Je tiens a dire que les personnes à l'accueil sont très sympathique et serviable.

A fuire !

Arrivée tardive ok avec le veilleur. Il a fallu faire quatre chambres pour en avoir une avec de la lumière et la porte qui ferme correctement. Le lendemain matin, le réceptionniste rentre dans ma chambre alors que je suis à la salle de bain! Il voulait savoir si j'avais de l'eau chaude. En effet, pas d'eau chaude. De mauvaise foie il me dit que ça va revenir (le technicien devait venir l'après midi...). Il a fini par réparer avec le technicien au téléphone. Le chauffage doit certainement aussi tomber en panne car un radiateur électrique se promène dans la chambre...

Le diner au restaurant était honteux. Une soupe insipide, une lasagne rechauffée au micro-onde, des couverts non-mis. remise d'une bouteille d'eau avec un décapsuleur (à moi de le faire) et pas de verre.... Je m'en suis plain, le repas ne m'a pas été facturé. La lumière de la salle de bain ne fonctionne pas. La chambre est très sonore. Je ne remettrai plus les pieds dans votre hôtel

La literie est en fin de vie, une honte dans un hôtel. Quant au patron nous ne l'avons pas vu. La clef a été remise par mes soins au personnel qui gerait le petit dejeuner et l'accueil seul ce matin. On a aussi oublié de nous dire que le portail est fermé à clef la nuit alors que nous avons annoncé que nous rentrerions tard puisque participant à un mariage, nous n'avons pas ete informés qu'il y avait un code pour l'ouvrir et que nous l'avions sur la carte contenant la clef, la sonnette de nuit a été arrachée et non remplacée ... nius avons failli passer la nuit dans la voiture devant la grille de l'hotel !

L'isolation sonore est très faible entre les chambres et l'extérieur. Nous restions deux jours. Au premier petit-déjeuner, nous sommes arrivés à 7h et tout était en rupture : plus de baguette ni pain de mie, pots de confiture vides, plus de charcuterie. Il restait uniquement de la salade de fruits et des viennoiseries. Quand vous accueillez des clubs de sportifs, il serait utile de revoir les quantités d'approvisionnement à la hausse. Parking OK, accueil OK.

Au niveau de la chambre, rien à redire : propre et conforme aux standards Campanile. En revanche, le petit déjeuner, que je souhaitais prendre un dimanche matin vers 9h30, était tout simplement lamentable. Plus rien sur le buffet : pas de couverts, pas de tasses, deux yaourts se battant en duel, plus de croissants, un seul morceau de pain, aucune salade de fruits, machine à jus de fruits hors service… La liste des manquements était longue, sans aucune réaction concrète de la part de l’accueil. Au prix du petit déjeuner, c’est du vol pur et simple. Tous les clients présents partageaient mon indignation.

Sur 4 nuits je n'en ai dormi que 2. Beaucoup de bruit sur le parking la 1er, et la 2 des occupants au dessus très bruyant, qui parlé très fort et musique presque a font. Dommage car en 3 ans c'est la 1er fois que je suis déçu

Nicht zu empfehlen.

Leider nicht wie beschrieben. Das Hotel war sehr alt und leider auch ungepflegt, es sieht aus als wenn es seit 20Jahren nicht modernesiert wurde. Das Personal eher lustlos. Zum Frühstück gab es Kaffee aus Papier Bechern. Was meiner Meinung nach nicht seien sollte. Zum abend gab es Wein aus dem Tetrapak zu überteuerten Preisen in dräckigen Gläsern. Das Hotel befindet sich auserdem in einem ziehnlich heruntergekommenen Industriegebiet. Alles in allem nicht zu empfehlen und für den Preis und die Bilder, unter underen Erwartungen.
