"We came to celebrate a big birthday and stayed in the beautiful Coach House rooms with family. They should be proud of their amazing staff, they made our stay so special. They are there to help with anything without intruding into your personal time. A luxurious stay, we couldn’t have wanted any more. Just perfect!"

"Ground floor carpet to room was filthy. Carpet in room looked stained. Bathroom shabby. Only one bedside table with edging coming off. Kettle still had water in it from before (but, was fill-sized). Sheets clean, mattress protector used, but didn't dare use a black light on mattress. Bed was well worn but comfy enough. EASY QUICK WINS FOR IMPROVEMENT (1) steam clean or wash carpet (2) create a snag list for minor repairs and get a handyman/woman in for a couple of days (3) Put a mattress topper on to improve mattress (cost effective upgrade instead of replacing mattress). Lots of potential, as good-sized car park and handy location. It just all felt a bit shabby. "

"Check in was good, pleasant lady. Room was clean and comfortable as was bathroom too. Would have liked to have had a late check out just till 12 but was denied. Had this been available I would have had the breakfast but it was quite early, finished at 9.30 on a Sunday. Good value though and would stay again, check out was good, man pleasant too. "

"No breakfast, no evening meal, shower only had 2 settings: off and burn you alive. Towel radiator leaked onto electrical wires. Moved me to another room where another guest entered the room (using the same key code) as I stepped out the shower. Mattress had an interesting feature where a spring poked in my back. I think Basil Fawlty provides a better service. "
