We arrived late in the evening and they said they already completed their audit for the night and they showed we were booked for the next day even though I had the receipt. I stood there looking around wondering who was going to check me in as I stood there your employee walked out with a straight face and had no personality at all. The beds were uncomfortably and rhe the toilet wouldn’t flush good and the walls were paper thin so I got to listen to the guy in the room next to me snore all night. "
