Everything was great but the only problem was the pool and the hot tub. Both were cold and my kids and I couldn't enjoy it at all. Some measures need to be taken when customers experience these issues, given our financial commitment to rental and other.

Too many rules-can't use windowsills, $10 fee for unreturned key cards? Place was filthy dust caked on counters. Constant, mandatory "safety inspections" so they'll barge into your room with barely any notice. Place is cheap but there are other hotels with equally low prices with less B S
