"Amazing location just next to St Marks Square, and overlooking the gondola basin. Barman was very nice but reception staff a bit gruff and did not appear too pleased to help. Would definitely recommend this hotel, only minor point was the staff not being very cheerful."

"Good place to stay they have breakfast included and very close to Rialto Bridge And they accommodated us to put our baggage in their storage space in hotel when we have to see the Attractions close by even after checking out Food places were also available which are fast food good pizza place around near by and many restaurants around Good place walking distance to St Marks Square also and Rialto bridge and some other place"

"Quad room was very spacious. Location is excellent - very close to Piazzale Roma and St. Lucia train station. Lots of restaurants and small shops nearby. Great variety of foods provided for breakfast. Be aware that the hotel is close to a bell tower, so when the bells are ringing, it gets pretty loud. During our visit on a weekday, the bells rang at 8am. Those who are looking to sleep in past this hour may want to consider this when booking."

"Staff were amazing at this hotel, they did everything to accommodate and make us feel comfortable. Venice is a beautiful place and this hotel emphasises that perfectly. The reception team were very helpful and the restaurant team Stan and Sam were very attentive. Perfect relaxing place to stay."

"Convenient location near the Tre Archi vaporetto stop and many restaurants. Staff was very helping to make us reservations . Room was nicely air conditioned and a good size for our family of 2 adults and 2 children. The only downside was the spotty WiFi."
