"We were looking for a hotel in the area and this one was significantly cheaper than other hotels in the area. Our room was clean and had coffee and tea available the only downside was in the bathroom where the shower slider was loose making it difficult to shower."

"The toilet was blocked when we arrived. It was too late in the night for us to change rooms so didn’t mention to the front desk. We kept flushing and eventually it cleared. We mentioned on check up for them to check it and the person just said it was a slow flushing toilet. We know the difference. He wasn’t interested in what we had to say. When we arrived there was no hygiene sticker on the toilet. Also one of the bath towels was filthy on arrival. The bed was clean, no complaint there. It was a shame that we weren’t listened to and apologised to. "
