"From check in to checkout the staff were great. They all work together as a team and if a mistake is made everyone stand up and take full accountability. "Overall a good experience with pleasant staff and attention to detail. While the room was neat, clean and well presented it was only accessed through the back of the house next to a laundry room. The walk up was unappealing and needs to be walked off from the utilitarian rooms. But, I had a pleasant stay overall."

"I made plans to arrive a day early for my scheduled safari tour which was gathering to begin our journey at this hotel. I reserved an extra night and was very happy with the hotel facilities. I needed to eat dinner late that first night due to flight delays, and the hotel restaurant stayed open until 10. They were very gracious about me showing up nearly at closing time. I was able to order and eat while they cleaned up. I grabbed a glass of wine at the bar which was also due to close at 10- and took it to my room to unpack. The hotel facilitated a tour of Soweto for me the next day. The hotel advertises an airport shuttle, which was slightly difficult to arrange, but I was met at the airport with someone holding a sign with my name. He carried my bag to the car and drove me to the door and helped me in. The hotel is not located in Pretoria proper, but they accommodated guests who wanted to arrange tours. Nice room. Excellent, helpful staff."
