"Im sorry to say this because I dont like leaving bad reviews; however this stay was not good. My first night I had the noisiest room possible. It was right on the highway amd across from the train station. The sound proofing in this building is not good and all I heard all night was cars flying by and a constant beeping sound from the train station. "Es war ein sehr toller Aufenthalt. Alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sind sehr bemüht. Vorallem die Gästebetreuung (Göksu Hanim, Beytullah Bey) haben sich 24h um uns gekümmert. Auch über Whatsapp ständig erreichbar gewesen 🙏
Das Hotel ist neu und sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Es gibt ein Miniclub für Kinder.

"Wonderfully welcoming and helpful staff. Beautiful rooms, with the most comfortable pillows I've ever encountered in a hotel. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. They can also do food in the evening, which wasn't very well publicised. Thanks especially to Ahmed, who kindly recommended the dishes we should try...he was right, they were amazing!"
