"We booked the Vulkan Wellness Panzio Hotel and arrived at 3.55pm. We were told there was a receptionist until 8 pm but no one was there. There was a notice on the door to ring. We phoned the number and were told no room was alocated to us but we had been given a room in the sister hotel. It took us some time and a number of phone calls and an email to the same person to gain the address of this second hotel due to language barriers. A gipszkarton falak nem szigetelik túl jól a hangot, de a környezet és a vendégek többsége csendes, úgyhogy lehet pihenni. Sok extra szolgáltatást nyújtanak."
