Initially we booked a standard AC room but upgraded to a deluxe AC room on the 2nd floor which has been constructed newly. The room had ample space with a small balcony as well as with TV and a small storage cupboard. The room, attached bathroom-toilet was clean and the bed linen as well as towels were clean. Provision for tea/coffee in the room was available. A table chair would have been nice. Nearby dining options are available. The not-so good reviews are mostly due to the standard rooms on the first floor. Overall, a decent budget hotel close to the Kayamkulam train station with friendly front-desk staff who can arrange transport to visit nearby places.

"Make use of the massage we had the suite and it had pool in itself almost felt like staying in a villa by the lakeside Food was good but better do not go for evening buffet if you are not a heavy eater but order from the room menu boating time is arnd 5.00 PM so be aware of that when booking time ..."
