"This was by far the most unique, amazing hotel we stayed at on the island of Crete. Upon arrival we were given fresh-squeezed lemonade made from their own lemon trees. The staff was so friendly! The building is over 500 years old, and nothing like I've ever seen before. "My kids really enjoyed the pools but I feel that being 4 and 6 were too young for the Aquapark. We booked online a bungalow room but it was in reality a room. The first two days the bedsheets of our king size bed were too small for the mattress size. The dirty glasses and cups in the room were rinsed not changed, so we started to use the paper ones. We had to asked several times for a bathroom mat for the shower. Staff was friendly and food of the restaurants was excellent. On the other hand, the buffets were OK."
