Hotel super, Personal sehr nett, Zimmer schön und auch ein lecker Frühstück. Nur in der Lobby war ein ziemlich heftiger Raumduft, bin da aber auch empfindlich

Personal, Hotel-Lobby, die Zimmer - das macht alles einen freundlichen, sauberen und neuen Eindruck. Super gelegen. Was uns gestört hat, was das unpassende Frühstück zu einem solch recht ansehnlichen Haus: Dass es wir auf dem Hauptbahnhof Berlin morgens zugeht, liegt sicher nur an der Größe des Hauses. Aber Wurst, Käse: Alles vom Billigsten aus der Verpackung. Können andere Hotels auch - aber trotzdem besser ! (z.B. B&B). Auch alles billig, trotzdem mehr allein als 3 Fleischwurst-Varianten zur Auswahl mit Kilo-Preis 7,90 €. B&B wagt sogar ne Salami für 9,99 € unterzumischen - wegen der Abwechslung. Den Mut muss das H2 noch entwickeln...

Sehr freundliches Personal. Punkt Abzug ist tatsächlich das Zimmer ohne Schrank oder Bekleidungsablage. Bei 2 Tagen sicherlich kein Problem aber bei 4 Nächten nur aus dem Koffer Leben ist eher schlecht.

Sauberes und modernes Zimmer. Im Bad hätten es gerne ein paar Haken mehr sein dürfen um Handtücher und Kosmetiktaschen aufzuhängen. Die Beleuchtung im Bad könnte ein bisschen besser sein, sowie ein Vergrößerungsspiegel zum Schminken oder zum Rasieren würden dem Badezimmer gut tun. Im Extra WC fehlt ein Haken für das Handtuch zum Hände abtrocknen.

Parken im Parkhaus nebenan für 15€/Tag , direkter Zugang über Untergeschoss möglich, in der Umgebung nicht wirklich günstigere Park-Möglichkeiten vorhanden, Hotel in Top Lage - Innenstadt einfach zu Fuß bzw. Tram erreichbar, im Zimmer leider keine effektive Möglichkeit Kleidung aus dem Koffer irgendwo einzusortieren, leider kein kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer, in 10-2025 Baustelle nebenan - längeres schlafen war somit nicht möglich ;-)

Das Frühstück war super, es gab ab 06:30 Uhr schon ein sehr gut sortiertes Angebot mit sehr viel Auswahl. Zimmer waren sauber nur, dass es kein abgeschlossenes Badezimmer gab war gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.
