We stayed for one night ,walkable ftom the station about 15 min . Staff are welcoming ,beds were comfortable. Clean and the bathroom was spotless too. Only thing was missing was the fridge.

The location was good. It was 10min walk from the station but very quiet. Close to restaurants and city centre, Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here if I come to Erfurt again.

Very friendly and professional staff. Coffee, tea and water offered all day free for guests in the lobby. Hotel is very close to the city center and the main train station. The rooms are modern and comfortable.

Charged 5 euros to go into a basic 2 machine gym. No fridge in the room. I paid for a business room. It’s not what I expected of a radisson hotel based on the brand. The service was nice but I would not go back to this hotel.

Sehr gute Lage. Man ist sehr schnell in der Altstadt. Die Einrichtung im Zimmer war ok aber on die Jahre gekommen. Meine Kloschüssel hatte ein Riß. Absurd hohe preise für ein Parkplatz 24eur pro Tag. ( Und das nicht mal in einer Tiefgarage sondern unter freiem Himmel.

Wir verbrachten ein paar wunderbare Tage im NYX Hotel Erfurt und waren rundum zufrieden. Unser Zimmer im 14. Stock war großzügig geschnitten, sehr sauber und bot einen herrlichen Blick über die Dächer der Stadt – zwar nicht direkt auf die Altstadt, aber dennoch ein Panorama, das uns begeisterte. Das Personal im gesamten Haus war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend, sowohl beim Check-in als auch im Frühstücksbereich. Das Frühstücksbuffet selbst ließ keine Wünsche offen: abwechslungsreich, frisch und reichhaltig – ein perfekter Start in den Tag. Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet: direkt am Rand der Altstadt, sodass man zu Fuß schnell mittendrin ist, und gleichzeitig mit dem Auto bequem erreichbar. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen sind die hoteleigenen Parkgebühren. Wir haben uns daher für das öffentliche Parkhaus nur 200 Meter entfernt entschieden – eine unkomplizierte und deutlich günstigere Alternative. Alles in allem ist das NYX Hotel Erfurt ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für einen Städtetrip. Wir reisten als Paar und fühlten uns im Urlaub bestens aufgehoben. Sehr empfehlenswert!
