"The hotel offers less than expected. As a Resort & Spa it's expected to have Resort's facilities and to be a spa which nothing more than swimming-pool was found. The service was the highlight, particularly at the breakfast, both Marco and Valentina did everything they could to make our experience the best. Congrats to this team! "

"When we arrived, we were not given a room with a balcony and were told the hotel was fully booked. We booked on March 30 and arrived September 9th. We found this excuse unacceptable. The hotel did not become full until the last week of August as we periodically checked their site.
