I enjoyed my stay. I am not sure if the bathroom was cleaned prior to my stay, as there was an open and used bar of soap already in the shower. I stayed in a room on the ground floor, apparently by the elevator, so it wasn't the quietest with all the traffic going through. Ultimately, I was satisfied with my visit and would probably stay there again.

I felt like the rooms were not clean very well. The pullout couch had a tour mattress with stains on it. The garbage outside was overflowing for two days. The breakfast was not good at all. It was all frozen food warmed up in the microwave not the staff was wonderful. They just needed a better job of cleaning and keeping it clean.

The bathroom fan doest work, so after 6 showers , the room is very humid. When i went to pull out the sofa bed for my kids, it is covered in crumbs and the floor under it is full of wrapers and nasty. Im thankful i brought sheets from home for that bed , although i wasnt offered sofa couch sheets anyway upon checkin even though i indicated upon booking. Overll not super impressed.

Just eh

Location of hotel is great! Walmart, gas stations, and restaurant real close by. Minutes to splash lagoon. We rented a suite which helped out with a toddler. The pool was not working while we visited, the toilet did not flush properly, the room was barely cleaned, night stand had peanut butter on the alarm clock, bathroom door did not slide.

Very accommodating. Small issue with room availability but upgraded us. Room had evidence of moisture issues. Complimentary breakfast was excellent Pool was closed for renovations and we were unaware . Overall, good experience

I booked a king room with a jetted tub for my anniversary. When we arrived at the hotel we were given a standard room. We were told that “this is the room that’s booked and you will not be getting upgraded. This is an Expedia problem not our problem”
