Good place, but they charged me (x) dollars upon arrival after I already paid (x) for the room saying that I’ll get it refunded after checkout and I never got my money back so they basically scammed me. Will not be returning ever again.

The hotel is close to the highway but not close enough that you hear road noise. The property is kept clean and is fairly new. There are many dining options close by

First rate property. Check in was quick and efficient as the hotel had the checkin material prepared. The staff were very professional and helpful. Breakfast was higher quality than typical.

While I only stayed here as an overnight stop on my way south, the hotel is in a great location near I-90 and a good number of places to grab a bite or fuel up. While you're not on the water or next to Presque Isle, you are near the Millcreek Mall complex. The hotel itself was clean and quiet, but I don't remember there being a complimentary breakfast.

The hotel was clean and staff was courteous and helpful. I stayed in a room at the far end of the hall on the first floor. Noise from the freeway was noticeable and trucks parked in the lot left their motors running which caused fumes to be drawn into the room by the HVAC unit. Ugh. Also, water pressure in the shower was weak.

Great property. No air conditioner at night. Called in the middle of the night. Changed the room at 2 am. Called the front desk to tell him the room Was still without air and very hot. We were told that in winter there is no AC. The front desk lady was very nice. Paid for breakfast. Nothing was left at 9:30 on Sunday. No fruit no turkey. Asked for no bacon but got the egg with bacon after waiting for 30 minutes. Potatoes were overcooked. Taste like burnt. It was a special trip but ruined. Couldn't sleep at night. They extended us in the morning but we have to leave. Waiting for someone to contact

Pet friendly 5 stars! For us traveling with a new puppy 🐶 being on the first floor and near the door closest to the grass area was amazing! Reasonable pet fee and great hotel!

The rooms were very clean. The toast to toast restaurant in the hotel was such a wonderful surprise. It was such great tasting food. The gal that worked there this past Wednesday night was awesome and very cheery.

OMG! This place must be brand new! It’s beautiful inside and the staff is welcoming and gracious. This place is SO QUIET. We spent the last two nights in N WI at a Comfort Inn and the place was incredibly noisy and had paper thin ceilings… horrible. So when we got here (Erie PA, I-90), I felt like I was in Heaven. A bonus is breakfast and small casual dinners are available. 5 Stars for sure. 👏👏👏
