"The door handle almost fell off from the inside. I managed to get the screws back in so I could lock the room from outside. The fridge freezer was covered in over an inch of ice so I dont think the fridge was as cold as it should.be. the room and bathroom were at least very clean at least."

"We were so happily surprised to find this adorable property for our stay. The view is fantastic! RIght by the water and nothing but fields all around - we got the most perfect sunset views we could hope for. It really was just a place to sleep as we spent the entire day at PPNP, but we found check-in to be seamless and easy, room was clean, shower had good pressure and hot water, and bed were really comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the Leamington/Wheatley area."

"The room was very quiet, the mini fridge didn't make a sound just ran efficiently. We arrived after 9:00 p.m. and were warmly greeted and checked in with all the information we needed for our overnight stay. The individual room thermostat very quickly brought the room temperature up to a comfortable 20 degrees for sleeping. Only suggestion for the room might be a clock radio instead of a telephone and a small box of tissue in the bathroom. The price was very reasonable and the beds comfortable for an overnight stay."

"I hate to leave negative reviews but this is a very sad rundown motel, the room was tiny and very dirty, the sink in the bathroom was hanging off of the wall and the bathroom door couldn't close. There was a microwave and fridge in the room but no coffee maker or kettle, there was not even a paper cup to get a cup of water! The bed was uncomfortable and there was only two very flat pillows. There was no table and no chairs to sit on and to top it all there were no batteries in the TV remote! I would not recommend this motel to anyone."
