"Amazing"

"Good front desk service, clean room, uncomfortable mattress, great shower (good water pressure), poor breakfast selection with empty trays and utensils"

"Nice room and hotel was clean. Only issue was I chose pay at the hotel when I booked, I was in Costa Rica and they said my card declined that I booked with. I explained I chose pay at location. They explained they charge the day before to hold the room. That makes 0 sense since I was paying when I go there. It declines because it was booked with a debit Mastercard that they don’t accept. They were going to cancel my reservation because I had no way to pay as I only had wifi and had to call because it was booked through Expedia. I had to message my mother to contact them to give my cc so we had a place to stay on our layover. Not impressed. When we got to Toronto I called for the shuttle that is every 40min. They said it would be there in 20min. We got our luggage and waited. The shuttle drove by us. I called and explained what happened, she called the driver and he was too far gone to turn around. So, we were time to wait 30min. We waited and still nothing. I asked security how the shuttles work and if I should call and tell the hotel what pillar # we were at. She said, they should have told you what pillar to meet at and what terminal. I called back and asked if there was a special place to meet the shuttle. He then said, yes, 13. I said, so I am to know this as no one told me the last 3 times I called. Long story short, won’t stay there again. Terrible service. "

"Clean room. Breakfast was not good. No real healthy options. "

"Had a pretty good experience staying at Tru hotel. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was a little stuffy do to windows being unable to open to get fresh air in. But the room was clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet is decent. Pool and workout room are small but serviceable. I would stay here again. "

"If you like your car towed and get a $75 ticket for not having consent to park on the while you're staying at the hotel and get charged $361.58 for towing your car and then pay Uber to get to your Towing yard then this is the place to stay at. Management totally unresponsive."
