"We stayed in the Rhubarb room and lived the complete kitchen with a huge wet bar! Also having a coffee table and comfortable chairs/sofa was nice. Plenty of beds (5) for most families. The check in process was slightly confusing. Read the email carefully. The entry door was tough to find but it is right by the Restaurant du Banneret. The location was perfect, right by the Chateau. Although we were outside the centre of Bern, the public transport was excellent so we were in the centre in no time. It was quite an unusual hotel in some ways but it was a fantastic base to explore beautiful Bern."
