"The hotel was located in old town and we got the city view which made us feel like we were part of old town itself, which was amazing! We got to the hotel before 11 and since our room was ready, they let us check in early without any hassle. Staff was super friendly and always willing to answer questions. Location was perfect as we were walking distance to everything we wanted to see."

"I had a very good stay at this hotel in Nuremberg. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the city and get to public transportation without any hassle. "Staff very rude or not helpful. Gave attitude of we were bothering them. We were told at check in we could charge breakfast to room. Lady at breakfast said no we couldn’t. Went to pay they said yes to charging to room. Lady at breakfast again said no. Finally they let us eat but we had to pay. Next day we just paid up front. Terrible attitudes. No phones in room to call front desk. If you needed towels or toilet paper you had to go to front desk to get it. Felt crappy having to take roll of paper from front desk clerk as they were checking in people "
