"We were not informed in advance that there would be no reception staff available when we arrived at the property. As a result, we struggled to complete the check-in process using the self-service machine. Unfortunately, there was a very unpleasant smell throughout both the room and the bathroom, which made our stay uncomfortable. The odor was persistent and difficult to tolerate. In addition, we noticed that the bathroom exhaust fan vents had been blocked with tissues, and we were unsure why this had been done. Overall, our experience was disappointing due to the lack of communication, difficulties with check-in, and poor room conditions. For these reasons, I would not recommend this hotel to others."

"Fantastic hotel. This is the second time we’ve stayed here. It works so well for a night or 2 with our 7 year old daughter. Great hotel and facilities for a very relaxing stay."

"Room not clean. A/C not working while the weather is extremely hot, the stuff changes a room for us, but the pipes is leaking and water drops from the ceiling, which is annoying. The location is good and the stuff is helpful, but the room is not good"

"The restaurant is excellent my dinner was wonderful and breakfast, well you couldn't really ask for more. It works be remise of me though not to mention the bed bugs. I got severely bitten, while having breakfast, I did notice someone else doing the tell tale arm scratch. They need to treat the mattresses."

"Small rooms for the cost. The Privilege room is the same size as a standard room. The extra cost for a coffee machine and bath robes is not value for money. Hotel.com description stated freshly cooked breakfast, however it was buffet style. Overall the hotel was not value for cost of room."

"Nous avons passé une excellente nuit au Campanile de Senlis. La literie était très confortable, la chambre d'une propreté avec de petites attentions. Le personnel était aimable et efficace. Les dépendances de l'accueil était encore en travaux mais cela n'était pas dérangeant. Les seuls points qui mériteraient une petite amélioration sont sans doute le parking, qui était trop petit en cas de forte affluence et les deux accès à l'hôtel (celui indiqué etait fermé à l'aide d'une chaîne)"
