"My wife and I stayed for two nights in September 26. This was our first stay in St Malo and we wanted a central location for our stay. The hotel was fantastic. A very short walk from the main car parks and in the heart of the city, just off the main drag. The hotel itself is very good; the staff were excellent; breakfast was great. The hotel sent a pre-stay survey to help them make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We had great restaurant and bar recommendations, and everything felt really personal. The hotel belongs to a family that also has creperies and bakeries in the city. The quality of the breakfast pastries was fantastic. The best mini pain au chocolat Ive had in ages. Highly recommended"

"We booked a room with twin beds and disabled facilities and a balcony. They allocated us a room with a double bed and no patio. After some considerable discussion, they offered a second room (in addition to the original one) with a double bed and a couch {and a patio). The sleeping arrangements were acceptable, but the toilet and shower did not suit a disabled person. We used the beds in the second room and the bathroom in the first {at no extra cost). Separate point: they closed the bar (and lounge) at around 9.30 every night (except Saturday)."

"The location was great being just opposite the Sillon beach. The standard room was tiny with only just enough room to get round the bed. However it was generally well maintained except for a small amount of mould in the shower and the hair-dryer was coming apart slightly and kept switching itself off. Staff were friendly. We were unable to book a car parking space and were told there was free parking on the back streets. However it was a struggle to find a free spot and we ended up 500m away."

"The receptionist on arrival wasn’t particularly welcoming which tended to colour our review of the hotel. Apart from that the hotel was very good and we were impressed with the other staff and what was on offer."

"Great find, remote feel on right by cliff snd beach walking trail. Modern, friendly staff. 2 things to note - no aircon in rooms and the restaurant attracts quite a few non guests in which means the parking lot gets very busy at night, only an issue if you arrive late or have a special car and good parking is a factor for you (as it was for me) as I saw people trying to fit into really tight spots as there are no lines in the parking area so some people can park quite strangely."
